The Rotary Club of Charlottetown Royalty, together with the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation, has started planning for the 16th Annual Harry MacLauchlan ‘Great Day’ Fore Health Memorial Golf Tournament, with Presenting Sponsor Fair Isle Ford.

This year’s tournament will take place on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at Belvedere Golf Club.

Over the past 15 years, our tournament has raised over $650,000 for priority medical equipment at the QEH – the Island’s main referral hospital. We are extremely grateful for the incredible support our community has shown. And, QEH physicians, nurses and staff are grateful for state-of-the-art equipment that aid healthcare providers diagnose, treat and save patients on a daily basis.

This year, funds raised will support the purchase of a new CT Scanner for the Diagnostic Imaging Department. After 13 years in use, and 11,500 scans per year, the time has come to replace this vital piece of equipment at a cost of $1.5 million.  For more information on the CT Scanner please see our CT Scanner Case for Support.
