Walter Bradley

If you saw him today you’d never know Walter Bradley suffered a stroke last year.  When it first happened, the prognosis didn’t look great.

Walter was having difficult time thinking, and even more trouble trying to speak.  The staff at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital saw that with a lot of focused care and a positive attitude, he might be able to recover.

Although he endured a roller-coaster recovery, Walter’s positive attitude, determination, and strong work ethic helped him push the extra mile.

“They helped me a lot with the thinking and getting things figured out.  I didn’t know if I was going to make it, but I did!” says Walter.

Walter credits staff at the QEH for helping him improve his thinking process and recovery from what could have been a life-shattering experience.
